Just came across an interesting observation while taking a shower this weekend. Usually I buy a (two in one) shampoo & conditioner just cause its easier then buying 2 separate bottles. On my most recent trip I bought a separate shampoo bottle and a separate conditioner but both bottles are the same shape and size.
So I was taking a shower the other day, and usually my routine involves grabbing my shampoo/conditioner bottle with my eyes closed but since I now I have 2 bottles (1 for each) I was constantly grabbing the wrong bottle. To make matters worse, after the shampoo-ing I proceed right to the conditioner but I ended up using the shampoo again cause I had so much water in my eyes. 
I think it would a good idea to have some bottle innovation where we have can create grooves and unique shapes for the 2 bottles but still have them look similar. Maybe the shampoo bottle can have a bulge in the middle while the conditioner have a skinny middle. It might just be easier to buy two different brands as well.
