Grill Cheese 2.0

28Jan08

Grilled CheeseI was toasting some bread the other day in one of the top loading toasters then I spread some jelly on it. To clean my knife I decided to slide my knife into the side of the toast so I could use the same knife for peanut butter without contaminating the jar. After poking the side of the bread I realized I could open the entire bread easily. The train of thought from there was rather rapid. I then started thinking of what I could stuff the bread with. Then it hit me…

The idea: In the refrigerator aisle of the supermarket they should sell bread slices that already have cheese in them. Then you can easily take one out of the fridge and drop it into a toaster. Once toasted the cheese inside will be melted to perfection, allowing for a quick, easy, and clean-up-free delicious grill cheese sandwich.

(Wow after writing this, I have a crazy craving for grilled cheese :-) )
