Kluster was recently featured at the TED Talks conference, and after checking out their site I am very impressed. At incubaker we have often talked about the key characteristics of an international execution platform. A place where people from across the globe with specialized talents and passions can come together each offering their particular value added to create a great product or service. It seems as though the team at Kluster may have brought to fruition what we saw as the holy grail in collaboration. The site seems to be loading very slow (I am guessing due to tons of recent traffic) however I am eager to test the site.
If you are interested, I urge you to watch the video - explaining the details of how work is valued and compensated and projects are managed. They have integrated many creative strategies in what looks like a young, fun, and feature rich interface. Without having tried the product my evaluation may be a bit premature, but the fact that they exposed a huge market gap and executed on their concept is inspiring.
After I get the chance to play around with the site a bit more, I will be following up with another post, hopefully with an answer to the question in the title ![]()
